Twelve Oaks Inn - Branson

Awesome place with free parking, a seasonal outdoor pool, and friendly service. The staff once offered me a hot drink when it was cold, which I still remember. I highly recommend giving it a try! I'm coming back for Christmas!

The staff were top-class and helpful, helped with any issues. The rooms were spotless and updated, with a view. There was variety of good meals.

I had a great time celebrating New Year's at this hotel! The location was super convenient, just a short drive to all the local attractions. I loved the free breakfast - there was plenty of good food to keep everyone satisfied, even my picky grandkids! Plus, the staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was really comfortable, which was a big plus after all the festivities.

There were a few downsides. We noticed some ants in the spare room and the bathrooms were a little dated. the open smoking policy outside made it tough for us to enjoy fresh air, especially with kids around. The shampoo and soap could use an upgrade too, but honestly, it didn't ruin our stay! a nice spot just needs a few tweaks.

Well, it was a very nice stay for the price.

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The room was inviting, modern, and came with a mini fridge, making it feel like a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the staff were good and attentive. The location was perfect, right along the main Strip of entertainment, and the pool was a lovely retreat just steps from my door. I especially appreciated the clean facilities and the ability to park right in front of my room.

The room was clean and provided all necessary amenities, such as a fridge and plenty of towels. The outdoor pool and playground were great for families. The breakfast area was a bit cramped, and the towels were somewhat small.

Staying at this spot with our large family was overall pleasant. The breakfast lady was super friendly and always ensured there were enough goodies, especially muffins! Plus, the location was great, just a short distance to fun attractions like the Mickey Gilley Theatre.

For dads, it would be great if the bathrooms were cleaner. My kids wished there were microwaves in the room to heat up leftovers from our adventures.
